Mr. Levine was raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attributes his aggressive representation of his clients to the “street smarts,” which he learned growing up in New York City,and his two years of employment as a taxicab driver in New York City while attending college.
Mr. Levine graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 1974 and shortly thereafter commenced his law career as a member of the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He proudly served until late 1977, as a criminal defense lawyer, a prosecutor, and then as a claims attorney. He was ultimately promoted to Senior Claims Attorney handling claims against the United States Navy and Marine Corps for Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina.
Following his tour of duty with the Navy, in November 1977, Mr. Levine opened his law practice in Arizona. He has continued practicing primarily family law for more than 37 years. The cases which he regularly handles include divorce, annulments, legal separations, decision-making (custody), parenting time (visitation), child support, spousal support (alimony), support (child & spousal) modifications, Decree enforcement, collection of child support arrears, Orders of Protection, challenges to Orders of Protection, relocation issues, post-divorce issues, paternity (regarding children born out-of-wedlock), grandparents’ rights, terminations (severance) of parental rights, adoptions and name changes. Mr. Levine has been overwhelmingly successful in handling numerous child custody cases involving domestic violence for approximately 15 years.
Debora Levine is an Arizona native. She graduated from Arizona State University in 1996 with a degree in English. Debora continued her post-baccalaureate education with Rio Salado Community College and completed the necessary coursework to receive her teaching certification. Prior to entering law school in 2008 and through May 2010, Debora was a seventh grade language arts teacher. Debora graduated from Phoenix School of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2012. Debora is actively pursuing her Master’s in Forensic Psychology with a specialization in Psychology and Legal Systems with an anticipated graduation date in May 2015. Debora has joined forces with her father-in-law Dennis P. Levine, to continue to offer quality legal services in the areas of family law and personal injury.
